  1. What are the room tariffs and services provided by Hotel Geetanjali

  2. What railway station should I dis-embark on to be closer to Hotel Geetanjali
    • We are close to Hyderabad Nampally and Hyderabad Kachiguda railway stations. We recommend all travelers choose one of these to dis-embark as they are about 10 min taxi ride to our hotel and will help in reducing travel time. All the trains that arrive to the twin cities of Hyderabad-Secunderabad will end in one of the above stations.
  3. Do you have electricity back up
    • We provide 24/7 power back up with a dedicated generator facility to the hotel

  5. What is the check in/check out policy
    • Our standard check in time is 12 pm, However prepaid customers may be allowed early check in subject to availability. Check out time is 12 pm. Please note that all customers are required to provide photo identification (Passport/Aadhaar Card) during check-in to verify identify and to ensure security. This is absolutely necessary. International Travelers must also provide valid visa documentation/stamp as applicable
  6. We are a large group and would like to book your hotel for our vacation trip
    • For groups greater than 7 people, we recommend contacting at least one month in advance to avail of best rates. Send us a email at with details about your group and any custom services you require and we will price it for you. Please remember Oct-Feb is our peak season, and if you are a big group the earlier you book, the more chances you have of getting confirmed booking and better rates
  7. What are security measures at the hotel
    • All common areas in the hotel are monitored 24/7 by close circuit cameras. We have security personnel at the entrance of the hotel to ensure only legitimate persons enter the facility. Additionally we require photo identification from guests during check-in.

  9. What is the maximum number of people that can stay in any room
    1. Our rooms are designed to provide maximum comfort for 2 adults. From time to time, we permit an additional person based on each individual case for an additional fees for extra beds. Please note that we do not charge for children under 12 occupying the same room without an extra bed. Age 12 and older are considered adults.
  10. Do you provide pick up service from the railway station and airport
    1. For train travelers we do provide pick up service but subject to availability. For air travelers, we recommend a direct taxi,Ola,Uber from the airport which works out to be more economical to our customers. Another way our customers save money. Please note we do not provide airport pick up.
  11. Are there any restrictions on families or people travelling with young children
    1. We are proud to be one of the most family friendly and business traveler friendly hotels in Hyderabad. We provide Free Wi-Fi to all our guests so they can stay connected whenever they want.
  12. What is the fees for Early check out or canceling reservation
    • For Early Check out no refunds will be offered. No-Shows incur 100% retention
    • Discounted room rates are non-refundable.If you paid normal room rates, and cancel your reservation before arrival, the following fees apply

  13. How much advance deposit amount is required to make a reservation
    • Book Online now for instant confirmation. You will have to prepay full amount and can claim any applicable discounts all year round on our website
  14. Do you provide site seeing tours
    • Please note, Hotel Geetanjali does not directly provide site seeing tours. However for customers choosing our Vacation Packages, we negotiate significantly lower site seeing tour prices with local tour operators. Our Vacation Packages provide a range of services inclusive of all taxes, for a very low fixed price
  15. How much advance notice do you need to make a confirmed reservation.
    • This depends on what you want to book, and when you want to book. For example during summer A/c rooms are in high demand. Additionally if you use our automated online payment system availability information is updated regularly. Please use this system if you are paying by a credit/debit payment method. We recommend you take such factors into account and contact us as soon as you make travel plans. Oct-Feb is our peak season and during that time we recommend at least 6-8 weeks if you plan to arrive in Hyderabad during the peak season
  16. What if I check out before staying through the full length of the package. For example if I made advance reservations for 5 days and booked a family vacation package but I had to check out due to personal reasons after 3 days
    • We negotiate significant discounts for our package customers with local businesses that require advance payments from us. Hence, no refunds would be offered if you check out earlier than planned. However, in extreme cases(medical emergencies etc) we may be able to offer partial refunds
  17. Do you offer discounts on room accommodations
    • We do provide discounts, but being a budget hotel our budgets are very tight so our scope of extending discounts to our guests is limited to early bookings, group bookings, long term stays, weddings.
